JUDr. Aleš Linhart, Ph.D.
Attorney-at-Law
Aleš Linhart completed his initial law degree at the Charles University Faculty of Law in Prague. He went on to study civil and commercial law at the University of Regensburg. Subsequently, he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic of “Disciplinary Rights of Civil Servants” and earned a Ph. D. from the Charles University Faculty of Law in Prague. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association. Mr. Linhart speaks German and English. He has acquired work experience over the course of the several years he has been practicing law. He was also a member of the Council for Public Law that operates within the framework of the Czech Republic’s Government Legislative Committee. Mr. Linhart contributed significantly towards the preparation and completion of acquisitions for retail companies that started conducting business in the Czech Republic during the 1990s. He is also the primary legal advisor for important development and commercial real estate construction projects. He has participated actively in legal audits of business companies and asset portfolios within the framework of clients’ acquisition activities. Currently, he also provides legal consulting in the areas of corporate and contract law and provides litigation services for cases heard before general and arbitration courts.
